Here’s what the process looks like at Renewed Wellness:
Fill out a short consult form. We ask a few quick questions to get a sense of what you’re looking for—nothing overwhelming.
We personally review your info. No algorithms here—our team takes time to match you with the therapist who aligns best with your needs, personality, and availability.
Free phone consult. You’ll have a low-pressure 15 minute call where you can ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and see if it feels like a good fit. Think of it like a meet-and-greet, not a commitment.
Start your journey. If it feels right, we’ll schedule your intake and guide you through everything you need to know before your first session.
What Are Sessions Like?
Our sessions are a blend of structure and flow. We bring evidence-based tools (like Brainspotting, EMDR, CBT) but also leave room for real, human conversation. You don’t have to have the perfect words or a tidy timeline of your life. You just have to show up – and we’ll meet you where you are.

You Don’t Need to Have It All Figured Out
