As a therapist, I provide my therapeutic services to residents throughout North Carolina and South Carolina via online therapy.

I enjoy working as a therapist with teens and adults who are navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also enjoy connecting with individuals who are new to therapy and walking them through the experience in a safe and supportive manner. If you feel like the weight of day-to-day responsibilities are piling up on you, or memories from the past are overwhelming, I want to work with you!

I utilize a variety of techniques in session that include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and motivational interviewing.  I recognize there is no “one size fits all approach” and I believe in meeting you where you are and walking with you on your journey.

Our Therapists Mission

We love empowering people through the process of therapy and watching them achieve a RENEWED WELLNESS – happiness, confidence, and fulfillment in life. We believe that in order to feel whole, processing your story AND identifying coping tools, are equally valuable. Together, we uncover underlying “blocks” leading to distorted thinking.

Let’s connect, no matter where you are!

It is important to us for therapy to be accessible to everyone, which is the main reason we are an online-only provider. Throughout the years, we’ve noticed people having difficulty getting the care they needed due to work schedules, lack of childcare, illness, lack of local resources, and other commitments. We don’t want that for you. Online therapy in North Carolina can be held at your convenience in a place you’re comfortable in, allowing more time for other obligations in your life.
