My Professional Background
My Philosophy: My mental health philosophy is centered around the belief that each individual has the capacity to achieve mental wellness and find balance in their lives. Mental wellness involves being in tune with your emotions, managing stress, building healthy relationships, and pursuing personal growth. It is a lifelong process that requires commitment and patience.
What to Expect in a Session
When you come to our sessions, I want you to know that I am here for you.
I understand that sharing your innermost thoughts and emotions can be difficult, and it is important to me that you feel safe and comfortable during our time together. My approach is gentle and compassionate, and I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and non-judgment.
We will work together to identify your goals and create a plan for reaching them. Sessions typically last around 45-60 minutes and may include various activities or exercises depending on your specific needs and interests.
I am here to listen, support, and empower you every step of the way.
No matter what brings you to therapy, please know that you are not alone.
Many people struggle with the same challenges that you are facing, and there is no shame in seeking help.
I am committed to helping you find the healing and support that you need to overcome your obstacles and create the life you want. So if you are ready to take the first step toward a better future, please reach out to me. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply struggling with life transitions, I am here to support you.
My goal is to help you feel heard, validated, and empowered to make the changes you desire.

About Me
They say that life is all about balance, and I couldn’t agree more! I am a passionate advocate for achieving a harmonious balance between your personal and professional life.
I strongly believe that achieving a balance in life, where we allocate time for our responsibilities as well as our desires, brings us a stronger sense of purpose, personal satisfaction, and rejuvenation.
In my free time, I find great joy in spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places, eating and trying new food, or simply unwinding at home with my fur-babies.
During our virtual meetings don’t be surprised if you catch glimpses of my adorable pups, whom I like to refer to as my “office assistants”.
Over the last few years I have developed a strong love for nutrition and wellness. I firmly believe that nutrition is a gateway to a healthier, more fulfilling life. The choices we make about what we put into our bodies have a profound impact not only on our physical health but also on our mental and emotional well-being. This belief drives my commitment to fostering a healthier lifestyle for myself and those around me.
