Session Fees & Getting Started

Rhonda sees adults ages 18+ and is Telehealth only in NC and SC.

Life can be overwhelming, but I firmly believe that happiness and fulfillment are within reach for everyone. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, compassion, and collaboration. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard, empowering you to build confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

My Background

I know what it’s like when life doesn’t go as planned. As a single mother and cancer survivor, I’ve faced moments of uncertainty, fear, and exhaustion. I’ve had to start over, find strength I didn’t know I had, and keep moving forward even when I wasn’t sure how. These experiences have shaped me—not just as a person, but as a therapist.

I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, but I also know that change is possible, and that even in the hardest moments, there’s a way forward.

With nearly two decades of experience in the mental health field, my passion lies in helping adults (18+) who are navigating PTSD, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the complexities of chronic illness. I also specialize in working with military personnel, veterans, and their families, helping them manage the unique stressors of military life, transitions, and deployments.

My role is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and the skills needed to move forward—not just talk about what’s holding you back.

What to expect in a session

I primarily use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which encourages you to shift your focus from what’s wrong to what’s possible, building on your strengths to create meaningful change. I also incorporate talk therapy, knowing that having the right conversation with the right person can be a powerful tool for transformation.

About Me

Outside of my work, I find balance in the simple joys of life—spending time with my daughters, walking my dog, riding my beach bike, and embracing both the tranquility of the mountains and the calm of the ocean. Just as I encourage my clients to prioritize self-care and personal growth, I strive to do the same in my own life.

If you’re ready to take control of your life and make meaningful changes, I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
