About Your Therapist: Beth McErlean, LCSW

Beth McErlean has over a decade of experience across child welfare, community health, and the justice system. Before becoming a therapist, she served as a judge’s clerk in family, juvenile, and misdemeanor circuit court and worked as an independent custody evaluator.

Her background gives her a rare, insider understanding of how family court and legal stress impact individuals and parenting dynamics. She uses that experience to help you navigate an unfamiliar legal system, manage the emotional toll of litigation, and stay composed when the pressure is on.
