What We Can Work On Together
Divorce, co-parenting, and family conflict often raise questions without easy answers. Together, we’ll sort through your options, develop a plan, and build the skills to put that plan into action.
In therapy, we can:
Learn to thoughtfully respond instead of react
Improve communication and reduce conflict in co-parenting
Keep your child’s needs at the center
Stop getting pulled into the same arguments
Recognize what’s within your control
Let’s talk about what you’re facing
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to hear from you.
How I Help
My approach is straightforward and practical, sprinkled with a bit of humor.
I won’t tell you what decisions to make, but I will help you think through your options, look at situations from different perspectives, and stay focused on what matters most for you and your family.
My background includes:
Family Court
Former judge’s clerk with firsthand experience in family, juvenile, and misdemeanor court. I understand the stress, uncertainty, and real-life challenges that often come with legal proceedings.
Custody Evaluations
Former independent custody evaluator with experience looking at family dynamics, parenting concerns, and the factors that affect children’s well-being.
Social Work & Criminal Justice
More than 10 years of experience in child protective services, community health, case management, and the criminal justice system.
Solution-Focused Therapy
Sessions stay focused on where you are now, what’s getting in the way, and the next steps that make the most sense for your situation.
You won’t leave sessions wondering what we talked about. My goal is for our conversations to be useful, practical, and relevant to the challenges you’re facing today.
