Helping You Navigate Stress,
Change, and the Past
You might be holding it together on the outside, but inside, things feel heavy.
Maybe it’s the weight of a difficult past that still lingers.
Or the anxiety that seems to show up out of nowhere.
Maybe you’ve just hit a point where you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure what – or how.
I work with adults and college students who are navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Some have a clear story of what’s been hard. Others just know they feel stuck, disconnected, or not like themselves anymore.
Whether you’re processing the past or facing a change, therapy can give you the space to breathe, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to feel grounded again.
How I Help
I believe that every person’s experiences are unique, so I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. Together, we will work to identify and understand any underlying factors that may be contributing to your difficulties, as well as develop and practice new skills to promote positive change.

What We Can Work On Together
My goal in therapy isn’t just to help you understand what’s happened – it’s to support you in creating change that actually feels meaningful.
If you’re carrying the weight of past experiences or feeling stuck in stress, we’ll work together to help you process, reset, and move forward with more clarity and self-trust.
Here are some of the things we might focus on:
- Navigate life transitions with more clarity and confidence
- Create small but meaningful shifts in your habits, routines, and self-talk
- Gently process past trauma so it feels less overwhelming and more manageable
- Strengthen your sense of identity, especially if it’s gotten lost in prioritizing others
- Explore what’s behind your anxiety or stress and develop tools that actually help in the moment
No matter what brings you to therapy, please know that you are not alone.
Many people struggle with the same challenges that you are facing, and there is no shame in seeking help.
A Little About Me
I really believe that life feels more fulfilling when we make space for both what we have to do and what lights us up. That balance between responsibility and joy can be such a powerful source of energy, clarity, and purpose. You’ll probably hear me talk about this in our sessions!
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, trying new restaurants, exploring new places, or just relaxing at home with my two dogs. If we meet virtually, there’s a good chance you’ll see one of my “office assistants” pop in to say hello.
In recent years, I’ve also developed a real passion for wellness and nutrition. I see food as more than just fuel – it’s a key part of how we take care of ourselves, both physically and emotionally. That connection between body and mind is something I carry with me, not just in my personal life, but in how I think about healing and growth.
