What’s Been Weighing on You

Anxiety & Trauma
Your mind won’t slow down, and your body stays on edge.

Relationships & Attachment
You feel drained, misunderstood, or unsure how to show up.

Life Changes & Identity
Things are changing, and you’re not sure where you fit right now.

Stress & Overwhelm
Everything feels like too much, and it never really lets up.
Your mind doesn’t seem to shut off. You replay conversations, worry about things that haven’t happened yet, or lie awake exhausted but unable to sleep. You can know you’re overthinking and still not know how to stop.
Other times, it’s harder to explain. You’re more irritable than you used to be. Relationships feel harder. Something that happened years ago still gets to you more than you think it should. Or life has changed and you don’t quite feel like yourself anymore.
You may be getting through your days and doing what needs to be done. But inside, you know something isn’t right.
Choose What Works Best for You
Sessions with Emily feel calm and down to earth. You don’t have to know what to say or have everything figured out before you come in. You can talk things through at your own pace, even when it feels messy or hard to explain.
Some sessions are about talking and feeling understood. Other times, Emily helps you notice patterns that keep showing up and make sense of how past experiences still affect how you think, feel, or react now.
There’s no pressure and no rush. The focus stays on what actually feels helpful for you and what you’re dealing with in real life.
